That line, and a few barbs against ratings agencies, in the Greek prime minister’s address to his parliament during Tuesday night’s confidence vote:

Since we last updated, Papandreou has turned his guns on the opposition New Democrats for causing and hiding the deficit. ‘We all remember where we were when the true deficit was revealed…’
